Padmini Resources Indo Africa SARL was founded in 2012 to connect Indian farms and mills with importers who need consistent quality, honest grading and paperwork that clears customs the first time.
We trade two lines: cold-chain fresh produce from Maharashtra's grape, pomegranate, mango and onion belts, and staples — rice, pulses, spices, tea — sourced from established mills and processors across India.
Our philosophy is plain: quote what we can ship, grade what we quote, and document everything. That is why most of our volume is repeat business.

She passed the examination of Bachelor of Business Administration HR & Marketing from Shivaji University and Master of Business Administration from the SPPU University. She was associated for more than 10 years with Pratap Chemical, a large scale exporter of chemicals from Mumbai. She has an experience of around 15 years in HR and international business. She drives the organization's goals and visions with a keen eye on industry trends and business strategies. She looks after marketing and administration activities of the company.
